Named Jarrah Estate, the development will include three, three-bedroom SDA homes, which will be built for purpose to specifically meet the needs of nine residents. Another 10 affordable housing units, in one and two bedroom configurations, will be constructed for Activ clients without SDA support funding.
This project is part of the joint partnership between Activ Foundation, WAI Group, Community Housing Limited and Fortitude Living and is expected to be completed in June 2024.
