As Director/Licensee for WAI Realty and General Manager of the collective group of companies that form WAI Group, Julie is responsible for ensuring the absolute and complete integrity of internal processes as well as the day to day running of the business.

Julie has over 10 years of property experience, which has earned her a reputation as a consummate professional. With her passion for building and the real estate industry, Julie prides herself on her ability to provide outstanding outcomes.

Courtney Ryan

Development Manager

Courtney Ryan oversees the variety of developments WAI Group has to offer, with a particular focus on SDA. A licensed real estate rep, he loves helping all people get the most from their homes and investments.

Graeme Goff

Chief Financial Officer

Graeme is a qualified Accountant with 30+ years of experience in Public Practice and Commerce, focusing on compliance, management systems, year-end financial reporting, and taxation.

He began his career in 1986 with a major international accounting firm and later moved to commerce in 1999.

Currently, he serves as CFO at WAI Group, bringing his expertise from being a Director at Questus Capital Group and Responsible Manager on 2 Australian Financial Services Licenses, specialising in affordable Housing sector compliance management.

Tim Bredl

Senior Property Consultant / NRAS Specialist

Tim has 10 years of experience in property investment, previously working for and then moving up to owning his own business. Working with WAI Group now enables his clients to enjoy a holistic service and exclusive opportunities. Having a double degree and a Certificate IV in Property Services, Tim's ability to break down a clients current situation to highlight and explain potential efficiencies is unparalleled, he drives excellence for our team & clients alike.

Fabian Hyland

Acquisitions/Business Development Manager

Once a client of WAI Group whilst in Oil and Gas, Fabian’s background in science brings an analytical and data driven approach to the business. As the lead for acquisitions on our SDA projects and a contributor across all facets of the operation, the relationships he develops with our trusted partners are integral to sourcing, negotiating and securing the very best outcomes for our clients.

Tracy is a versatile professional with a diverse background in administration, marketing, affordable housing, and property sales and development. With over 20 years' experience, Tracy has a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. Tracy's well-rounded expertise makes her a valuable asset in any industry, bringing a unique blend of administrative efficiency, marketing and real estate acumen to the table.

Ian Hender

Site Supervisor

After attaining a diploma of Architecture & Drafting at 17, Ian has worked in the building industry ever since- over 40 years! He oversees the running of our development sites.

Anna Goodes

Sales Administrator

Anna is the first person you’ll see when you arrive at the WAI Group office ensuring a great experience for our clients. Anna also provides administrative support to the team. Anna has over 10 year experience working in the property and finance industry and has a Certificate in Business Administration.

Tes Jordan

SMSF Specialist Advisor, Director

Tes is both a Registered Tax agent and SMSF Specialist Advisor.
With a passion for all things SMSF, she enjoys assisting clients
manage their SMSF's in a compliant manner right from the word go.

Nicola Jordan

SMSF Accountant

Nicola Jordan joined WAI Group in March 2022 and brings with her over 16 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge as an SMSF Accountant. Her focus is on the client, considering strategies for the best retirement outcomes.

Garry Ellender

Affordable Housing Advisor

Garry has extensive experience in the affordable and social housing sector, including disability and SDA housing. He is the former CEO of Access Housing Australia and the Perth Inner City Housing Association, and most recently was the WA State Manager at Community Housing Ltd.

He brings a wealth of experience and expertise and will be integral to driving the next phase of the WAI Group’s affordable housing portfolio.

Terri and I first approached WAI Group in August 2015 to help with a setup of our SMSF and to review our insurances. Just before my 37th birthday , I was diagnosed with a cancer that doesn’t run in my family.
