Caversham Quarter: Bespoke Disability Housing
We are delighted to announce that we have officially broken ground at the Caversham Quarter Specialist Disability Accommodation site.
The construction of the four new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes and another 10 affordable housing units is underway and is a project that will enable greater access to inclusive living.
This project is part of the joint partnership between Activ Foundation, WAI Group, Community Housing Limited and Fortitude Living and is expected to be completed in early 2024.
