Cheryl oversees WAI Group's Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) portfolio across Western Australia and Tasmania. Her role spans asset and property management, project delivery coordination, bookkeeping, trust accounting and stakeholder engagement.

With over 20 years' experience across leadership, operations, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management, Cheryl brings a strong background in affordable housing, specialist disability accommodation and community housing.

Working closely with service providers, contractors and other key stakeholders, Cheryl takes a practical, people-focused approach to managing properties, maintaining strong relationships and supporting positive, sustainable housing outcomes.
