NRAS

WAI Group has extensive experience in delivering properties under the former National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS), having supported investors and tenants throughout the program for more than seven years.

During the life of the scheme, we successfully completed NRAS projects across Western Australia and Victoria, including Lathlain, Belmont, Canning Vale, Baldivis, Rockingham, Gosnells, Cannington, Broome, Geraldton, Pakenham, Ballarat and Daylesford.

While the NRAS program has now concluded, WAI Group continues to assist former NRAS investors as they transition their properties out of the scheme. This may include guidance around selling, retaining or repositioning an investment property, as well as exploring alternative high-performing property opportunities.

Our experience in affordable housing also continues to inform our work in supporting solutions that improve access to secure, quality housing.
