WAI Group has extensive experience in delivering NRAS properties, having supported investors and tenants through the program for over 7 years. We’ve successfully completed projects across WA and Victoria, including in Lathlain, Belmont, Canning Vale, Baldivis, Rockingham, Gosnells, Cannington, Broome, Geraldton, Pakenham, Ballarat and Daylesford.

As the program winds down, we continue to assist clients transitioning out of NRAS - including selling their properties or reinvesting into new high-performing opportunities. We’re also actively advocating for the introduction of a future scheme to address the growing need for affordable housing.
